If you are like me, and beginning to think about renting property, you will learn a ton about how to acquire investment property, get it at wholesale pricing, and what methods to get financing are available.
Then once you acquire property, the author reviews management techniques, including strategies for attracting and maintaining renters. When tenants move out, this guide provides ways to marketing and advetising.
If you would rather DIY instead of hiring a team, recommendations for software to use are given.
The author warns you of mistakes and recommends using experts to help protect your assets.
This is not a get rich quick scheme, but this manual will be s agood place for you to research and gather the information you need to begin a lucrative business.

Great! Get Into Investing in Real Estate in Floria
This book is an excellent choice for those wanting to get into real estate investing - especially in Florida. Property management and investing can be overwhelming at first, but this book covers it all and lays everything out clearly so you'll have a clear path forward. I would recommend this book to those who want to get into investing in real estate or those who just need to brush up on some concepts. The statistics about various counties in Florida are a great resource and very helpful for the big cities, too. It's a great choice and the author clearly knows what he's talking about. I highly recommend this book!
