Great book for beginners!

This book is definitely at the top of my list for beginners in Rental Property Business. The only thing I wished he would have covered was how to properly calculate or do a short sale. Other than that this book definitely deserves 5 stars. Unlike other books that ramble about nothing, he actually provided a lot of beneficial information.

Great book

I've been thinking of starting real estate investments and this book gave me great insights on what it takes to make it happen. Thanks for sharing Ross, I've also been listening to your podcasts. Make me look forward to my real estate investment future.

Excellent Introduction to Rental Property Investin

Dan Ross has a great sharing heart! He does a wonderful job portraying the greatness and challenges of rental property investing. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. As a follow up for any real estate investor. If you could only buy one book on investing in rental properties, this should be it.

This Book Actually Teaches You

Excellent book. I like to listen to books while I drive. This one has some great information, but I can't take notes while I'm driving, so I'll need to buy a audible for my reference library. So for me, this book is worth purchasing in two versions. If you are going to get into real estate investing you will never find a book with all the answers to your questions. But this one is a good one to add to your collection. The author points to many other good sources for information.

Great For New Investors Willing to REALLY Learn

This is a fantastic overall investment book. I have had rentals for years and have been winging it. I wish I listen this 20 years ago. Ross is an amazing writer. He's entertaining and informative. I wish he lived near me an we could hang out so I could pick his brain.
