Figuring out how to navigate Miguel’s past may prove harder to overcome than they realize. It’s a lot to ask of Raven. Will their love for each other be enough? The rush to figure out why operatives are targeting them becomes a necessity, and though Miguel hates it, he realizes he may just have to rely on a few new colleagues to help.

He knows one thing, though…killing the man he’d once been in love with, might be the only way to save Raven.

Good Story

This was a good follow-up to book one. I am enjoying Raven and Miguel's series quite a lot. This book was just as entertaining as book one especially the audiobook. I loved Michael Dean's narration as usual.

Renegade is the second book in the Trackers series. This series is best read in order in my opinion. We're back with Raven and Miguel for another adventure. These two are so perfect for each other that even when they doubt themselves they don't doubt their partner. I love the camino's we get from friends from the past. I loved watching these two work the new business and this case. I couldn't put this book down once I started. I can't wait for the next book in the series. If you get the audio narration, Michael Dean does a wonderful job of narrating this series. He makes the change in characters seamlessly. I can't wait to listen to the next book. I would definitely recommend this book and series as 5 star reads and listens.

Really good continuation

I liked this continuation of this series. I really like our MC’s and always happy to see camo’s of MC’s from the other series. I would have liked maybe a little more angst with the person from Trig’s past who came back into his life. The book does have a great balance of danger, love and friendly banter.

A great book of romance and intrigue

It is the second book in the series. Raven and Miguel continue their private investigator business and their romance. A new client appears and commissions them to search for a lost ruby. An acquaintance from Miguel's past appears, complicating the case.

I really liked the narrator, Michael Dean. He knows how to put emotions into the story and the characters . The scenes and dialogues written by the author take on a new dimension with his voice and makes the listener feel the emotions of the characters.

When Past and Present Collide!

I really enjoyed getting glimpses into Miguel's military past here. His past is now butting heads with his present and could affect his future. Things are classified but Miguel and Raven still manage to work together through it all. I was so happy to see some character cameos from past series!! Good bit of suspense but with time for our established romance to get more established. Michael Dean's narration really kept me listening. He is great with page turning anticipation!
