Great read on Courage

Adam penned a deeply thoughtful book in a time when nearly half our country refuses to be reflective or thoughtful of things that matter.

If he and Liz Cheney and other principled Republicans can take the party back from Trump, I will go back. This book is an excellent example of truth over deception and country over party.

Like his honesty and the way he gives us another insight into this crazy time

Honesty, integrity, adherence to oath.

A great review of Kinzinger’s background and reasons for his decision to uphold his oath to the constitution, regardless of the predicted negative outcome to his position as a Representative. Hopefully, this will have some impact on those undecided about party loyalty.

Must Read

I loved this book, but also made me sad because our government can’t seem to work together for the people. Sad Adam will no longer be in Congress because he is smart, sensible and seems to be a man of integrity.

Excellent Story of Courage and Integrity

Well told story in Adam’s own words. He tells us who he is, what drives him, and his experience serving our government in both political and military capacities. I highly recommend this audiobook!

I'm a 68-year-old man and am convinced that public servants like Adam are our country's best chance to overcome the extremists (on the right and left), that we have. May God Help Us!

It pains me that democrats and republicans cannot talk

Kinzinger models how we can work together for the good of all. His views on evangelical Christianity helped me understand that I am not necessarily at odds with all evangelicals—just the vocal ones I have been familiar with. We have lost sight of the reason Congress exists. One wonders how we can maintain democracy when the primary concern of many politicians is being reelected. Reading this book may change how I decide who gets my vote in the future.
