Hmmm…

There was a lot I liked about this book. I think the story is interesting. I found the narration fine, a little monotone at times, but I wasn’t put off as some of the reviewers were.
I felt like I had whiplash in parts of the book.especially as it progressed towards the end. The time line and events were somewhat confusing. I felt like there were huge gaps. It’s as though there was a “hurry up and conclude”element that left my head spinning and left me with a ton of questions. Somewhat unbelievable. I’m hoping the 3rd book clears these things up. I’m intrigued.
All in all I would recommend this series so far.

After a tragic accident and suffering a memory loss, Lauren Vencenti returns to Corsica to recover and try to reconnect with her mother. Meanwhile, Anna Taylor-Cartwright is becoming a prestigious artist whose talent is sought by the wealthy. Will Lauren and Anna ever reconnect or will obstacles continue to impede their relationship. Perfect performance. A brilliant continuation of the saga. Recommend series.

A Great Saga

I love when things come together as they should! The main, and sub- stories are fantastic, and, easy to follow.

What goes around,,,comes around?

This book had me so wrapped up in the characters, I fell asleep listening (three times). I finally finished it and it was so worth the lost sleep. Each time I started over, at the beginning , I heard chapters I missed. Glad I got the series. Off to my next adventure.
