A great reference!
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
This is a great reference for using the application of Herbs, Oils and Incense. I feel that they are great tools for healing one's self and others. I was curious as to why I was drawn to some herbs and fruit, while not others. Now I understand they are the one's that I needed to bring balance into my life.

Use this book if you are searching for a broad understanding as to which blends will work best for you. I know I will be revisiting the information often.
