Publisher's Summary

Here's the weary traveler struggling to make his plane but fearing he'll never lug his luggage to the gate in time. Suddenly he reaches a "people mover" - a moving sidewalk. Now he can rest, while some power beyond himself moves him. Wouldn't it be great to discover a people mover for your heart? There is one. When God Whispers Your Name will help you find it.

Great content, so-so recording

I will be listening to Max's relevant and inspiring words several more times on my MP3 player (format3). However, I wish Max would re-record his material at a professional studio. I have several other audiobooks from Audible, and, unfortunately, this is the one with the lowest recording quality. Hey - don't let me discourage you from downloading it! I still believe the content is definitely worth the price. However, keep in mind that you will be straining yourself for about 20 minutes in the 3 HR recording. Enjoy.

Great

I think Max did an awesome job on writing this book...the illustrations were great and simple to understand. Max has a soothing voice and easy to listen too. I listen to this in one sitting.

A good book ruined by terrible audio recording.

What disappointed you about When God Whispers Your Name?

1) Reader reads too fast. I really don't understand why he need to rush his reading.<br/>2) poor quality recording with plenty of background noises.

Would you ever listen to anything by Max Lucado again?

YES, but not by the same reader.

Would you be willing to try another one of Thomas Hripko’s performances?

NO.

Any additional comments?

I am returning my purchase. This is the first audio I am returning.

What I love about Max Lucado is he makes understanding our Lord in terms that I can relate and understand. Thanks Mr. Lucado for loving and sharing your love of the Lord.
