Publisher's summary

Michael A. Singer, author of The Untethered Soul, tells the extraordinary story of what happened when, after a deep spiritual awakening, he decided to let go of his personal preferences and simply let life call the shots. As Singer takes you on this great experiment and journey into life's perfection, the events that transpire will both challenge your deepest assumptions about life and inspire you to look at your own life in a radically different way.

Spirituality is meant to bring about harmony and peace. But the diversity of our philosophies, beliefs, concepts, and views about the soul often leads to confusion. To reconcile the noise that clouds spirituality, Michael Singer combines accounts of his own life journey to enlightenment - from his years as a hippie-loner to his success as a computer program engineer to his work in spiritual and humanitarian efforts - with lessons on how to put aside conflicting beliefs, let go of worries, and transform misdirected desires. Singer provides a road map to a new way not of living in the moment but to exist in a state of perpetual happiness.

This is better than excellent... listen now

There are good books, great books, excellent books and then there is THIS book. Western society is so addicted to success, but without happiness... how many are on happy pills to cope with getting out of bed, life in general is pretty sad, stressful and painful. I am sure you have asked yourself "is there a better way?"... well... listen now.

You don't need to possibly go to the lengths Michael did, but figure out what it means to you and your life... you do YOU!! do it NOW

Opening and enlightening

A wonderful example to follow if you are open to it. Made even more so by the authors reading as you can really feel the gravity of certain parts to his experience. Amazing just as a story but the deeper message was what moved the dial for me.

phenomenal story & wisdom

A must listen, this book captures some of the deepest philosophy of the bhagvad gita written from the perspective of a human who has lived the principles. As a seeker and a student of philosophy, an absolutely inspiring book.

Beautiful, emotional, insightful

I really couldn't stop listening to this. By recounting his life, brought me back to really working on myself and understanding that you cannot ever eliminate that voice in your head nor control life in general. Also, practicing hard work, not just spiritually, but also to what life brings you...

Beyond incredible!!

This book contains it all, I cannot think of words to do justice to this saga of goodness, strength, love and life. Thank you Michael Singer for this transformative wonder. It had me in tears for the compassionate treatment of injustice and the trust in the energy of what guides life on earth. Thank you xx

Not a traditional Christian book

Not a traditional Christian book however despite its references to new age spirituality and Indian Jogis I highly recommend this book. if you are a courageous Christian seeking something deeper like myself then this book is a must read.
