The power of now is in this audio book
I started listening and then started walking. I walked almost 4 miles. I was present and open. It was awesome. I listened to almost half the book and then called an Uber to get home.

I can't get thru a single chapter
I have been recommended this book many times and I want to love it and will try to find a different reading of it but the bell that goes off every few minutes gives me some of the worst headaches. It is way to loud and I don't see the purpose in it at all.

A wonderful book
A wonderful book that I found to be developmental and maturative for a young man coming of age such as myself. I found this book to be relatable and generally worthwhile to get through. I further highly recommend this book.

Useful
I found this book very useful for understanding the meaning of NOW and PRESENT. These two words often appear in new age type books, but I have not truely understood them before. I enjoyed the book because of it’s depth and for the understanding that it brought to me.
