Publisher's summary

Where did it all begin?

Are you someone who was raised going to church every Saturday or Sunday? Were your religious beliefs conditioned by someone else, like your parents? Guardians? Family or friends?

Well, it's time you understood the truth about religion. We were not born Christians, Catholics, Muslims, et al. We were taught to be those things and to live within their psychological limits.

Have you ever thought about different religious affiliations as little more than a buffet table for faith and belief? Pick one, any one, and that will be your "dish of truth" for the rest of your life!

In this groundbreaking guide, best-selling author Timothy Aldred leads you step by step out of the tunnel of religious indoctrination, and into the light of a universal freedom of thought and expression!

Inside you will learn:

  • How to tell if you're believing something that isn't true
  • How to undo religious brainwashing
  • Why religions were first established
  • Who benefits most from the establishment of religion
  • Additional insight through powerful journal exercises included with each step!
  • And much more!

Also includes a bonus excerpt from one of Timothy Aldred's other best sellers: Who Put People on Earth? The True Origin of Humanity.

just pass. it was not inspiring or convincing.

I was disappointed. No take aways. It lacked motivation or explained how to get free. i felt it was just a platform for the author to complain without offering a plan, steps on what to do.

So glad I bought this

Would you listen to Six Steps to Religious Freedom again? Why?

I grew up in a traditional Catholic family, and I have been under the influence of the church for more than 2 decades. I have never really thought critically about Catholic ideology untill recently, because honestly I didn't know how. The author of this audiobook, dares his listeners to think, and to rethink, more openly and passionately. The exercises were very helpful for examining what are my real current beliefs. I highly recommend this audiobook and get ready to ask yourself some provocative questions!

A great audiobook about religious freedom

My father is a Christian, and I simply became one, because it was the family tradition. Now I consider my self an agnostic and I was very curious about this audiobook. It was extremely informative and I found out everything I needed to know about religious freedom. The author has a very good advice and easy to follow steps for the people who want to question their beliefs. Warm recommendation of this audiobook to everyone, but mostly to religious people.

6 Deep Steps

Step #4 was the most powerful for me. Assessing your current beliefs about religion and where they came from. We don't really stop to investigate the teachings of childhood so a book like this is very helpful, even if you're not necessarily looking to change your beliefs.
