Great for those with some experience

I thoroughly enjoy the layout of the book and that the author herself is narrating. The sound quality could use a little tweak, but otherwise this book is well worth the investment.

Excellent for the novice

What made the experience of listening to Shamanic Visioning the most enjoyable?

I have been a fan of Sandra Ingerman's work for decades and have studied shamanism with many different traditions. In this tile, Sandra leads you into the process of learning shamanic journey, giving wonderful examples to use shamanic journey to heal oneself and our world.
Yet I can't say I learn anything new. For this reason I was a little disappointed but I recognize that for some who are new to shamanism this is an excellent base.

If you’ve listened to books by Sandra Ingerman before, how does this one compare?

This is my first audio book from her, and because of the many exercise for which she drums this format is superb.

I enjoyed every journey and found I was able to do them all fairly easily, which surprised me a bit. Sandy is a great speaker and guide, I could listen to her all day. This is a brilliant book I highly recommend.
