This book explains Mindfulness in a simple yet powerful way. There are many things in my life that I was not able to notice or appreciate because I am always busy. This book brought me back to reality and while listening to this book, I slowly began to appreciate the moment and flashback things in my life, the things that I’ve missed. I like this book so much!
