Publisher's summary

The latest scientific discoveries point to an intentional creator.

Most of us remember the basics from science classes about how Earth came to be the only known planet that sustains complex life. But what most people don't know is that the more thoroughly researchers investigate the history of our planet, the more astonishing the story of our existence becomes. The number and complexity of the astronomical, geological, chemical, and biological features recognized as essential to human existence have expanded explosively within the past decade. An understanding of what is required to make possible a large human population and advanced civilizations has raised profound questions about life, our purpose, and our destiny. Are we really just the result of innumerable coincidences? Or is there a more reasonable explanation?

This fascinating book helps nonscientists understand the countless miracles that undergird the exquisitely fine-tuned planet we call home - as if someone had us in mind all along.

Excellent for Non-Scientists

Very much enjoyed this audio book. Unbelievable the amount of things that had to lineup near-perfectly for earth to exist let alone human life to develop. Explained in easy to understand terms and language. Highly recommend this book.

Excellent, but for scientists.

Chapter 13 informs that evolutionists admit they can't offer a possible explanation for life. Chapter 16 explains God's plan for humanity based on the information provided in the book.

I wish he was my science teacher!

It was so complex and detailed, as it should be, but so honest about how the planet could not possibly have formed on its own by chance. Life needs so many precursors and parameters that chance just cannot explain it. I really wish I had a science teacher like this in high school - someone who could explain the processes of cosmic and planetary formation with complete honesty.

Wonderful and Thought Provoking Book

As a Science Teacher, I found this book enlightening. It was both biblical sound and scientifically accurate. In addition to being an avid researcher on this topic, I also am a experienced presenter. If you would like to speak with me about this book or creation vs naturalistic science you may contact me at

"Real Evidence" for Creation

This book has more real evidence for creation than I have ever seen or heard. I believe if you're a real scientist you follow the evidence where it leads, I cannot believe that these atheist scientist refuse to follow the evidence.

Who knew? Who would have guessed? Profound Insight

If you have ever wondered if there was a theory as to why things happened in the Universe's long history this book will answer your question. If you have ever wondered if the Universe was 'expecting' life on Earth, this book will help you discover the reasons some scientist say 'yes'. If you have ever listened or read a scientist's reasons life is just a blind chance, this book will give you a scientist's reasons for saying not a chance.

Hugh Ross is brilliant!

One improbable scenario after another.
I wonder what Darwin would say about his theory in 2022. Origin of life scientists are no closer to proving that life must have begun in a "warm little pond" by an unguided series of random events. All of Dr. Ross's scientific anecdotes suggest an Agent.....thank God!
