An important book for anyone seeking to overcome worry.
A short but impactful audio book that I will revisit. I really appreciate the inclusion of specific psalms at the end of this book that left me with an amazing sense of peace.

Couldn’t even finish it.
I listen to these while I’m at my desk. The narrators voice kind of annoyed me but I gave it a chance. Couldn’t finish the 1st “chapter”. Two many references. I heard more names of bible verses than I did actual writing by the author. Wish I could get my money back.
