This book is filled with wisdom and everyday practices that will absolutely excel you in your souls evolution. This will definitely be one of those books I read and listen to over and over. I just ordered the hardcover to refer back to daily exercises.

So healing! Love Matt’s voice and energy transmitted in this book!

I love all of Matt’s work and this is my favorite go-to resource. I appreciate how the book is organized and how he gives space (silent time) for the listener to fill in their own thoughts with the exercises or to say the “repeat after me” aloud.

One of my favorite exercises in the book is the 3 part gratitude exercise ( what I am grateful for, what I did well and what I am excited to manifest). I started to write what I am proud of myself for (in the I did well section) by including qualities about myself instead of just things I had accomplished/done. I also interpreted the excited to manifest part as “ excited to become- or become the frequency of)...as qualities such as fulfilled, joyful, etc instead of just physical things (although I include some of those too). So grateful for Matt and the teachings he is sharing. 💗

My brother gave me this book in a very dark time of my life. I've read/ listen to EVERYTHING IS HERE TO HELP YOU more than five times. I am not the kind of person to reread a book. The message here is very powerful.
If I could tell you how my life has changed in the matter of weeks and I say that to distinguish from less than a month.
Addict, break up, abuse, losing my sanity, job, kid, career helped me get the help I needed, develop a healthy relationships my kid being the greatest mirror, healing, new employment, paying the creditors, and ultimately remember who I really am.
I wonder about the truth being so simple I keep reading this to find a more complex answer the Ego hungers for. I will starve my Ego and I will remain strong.
It's been amazing and I thank my brother and this book. Love is the answer.

I'm shocked to find so much wisdom in one book!!! This is everything! I had a friend call me and implore me to buy the book. Her tone and my trust in her perspective brought me to go ahead and purchase it. I have been searching for insight and wisdom for the realm of the internal world for decades. Every chapter is packed with profound understanding. I will listen to it again and again until every piece of deep wisdom is integrated. I'm planning to go buy the hard copy too. I need both.
