Yes because i like the section of meditation.

I am not a Buddhist but I like the meditation because it helps you to heal yourself and to get inner peace back in your life. This is such a good guide for the newbies to Buddhism. The book is very well explained. I highly recommend this book to all.

I have many buddhist friends and also people from other religion who do not understand what Buddhism is all about. I would recommend this book to those who want and NEED to be educated about Buddhism.

I like the pace and the background the most when it talked about Buddhism.

This audiobook definitely makes me wonder my own existence and the role I play in the world around me.
