Publisher's summary

For readers of Ant Middleton, Jason Fox, and SAS: Who Dares Wins, comes the extraordinary story of Special Forces soldier Dean Stott.

Everybody has heard the SAS motto that who dares wins, but special forces warrior Dean Stott also lives his life by another powerful mantra - that of the relentless pursuit of excellence. In 16 years of service, Dean rose to the top of Britain's fighting force, taking part of some of the most daring and dangerous operations in the war on terror.
But then, following a horrific parachuting accident, Dean's dream career was cut short, and his ethos was put to its toughest test. Just like the day when Dean's dad said that he could never make it as a soldier, Dean's doctors told him that he would never again perform at the elite level.

To put it mildly, Dean disagreed, but even those that knew him were staggered by the mission that he set himself - the man who didn't own a bike would cycle the Pan American Highway, a 14,000 mile route that stretches from Argentina to Alaska, passing through some of the most dangerous countries in the world. A passionate mental health campaigner, Dean decided to up the stakes further by setting himself the task of raising a million pounds for charity. With two world records also in his sights, the stage was set for Dean to rediscover the tenacity, bravery, and downright doggedness that saw him rise to the top of the Special Forces. The final curveball arrived in the shape of a wedding invitation from his old friend Prince Harry - would he make it back in time for the royal wedding, or at all?

Dean Stott is Relentless, and this is his story.

A canoeists canoeist

Dean was part of of a top tier unit. In my humble admittedly biased opinion it’s brings the ethos of (IMHO) of worlds best tier 1 unit. It’s well written and the descriptions of of training, patriotism and conflict are accurate and humble. The behaviors illustrated are spot on. No fluff.given the rough pavement this blokes had to run on he exhibits character. He doesn’t portray himself as special (he was) that what makes him happy. Any warrior or aspirational warrior should by this book.I wish I’d had it to read when I was younger. He’s simply a good egg even if you would buy the book given his sacrifices for god and county .... when you read it you also get a bloody good read I face my best purchase on audible. My eyes are faded. I took in too much sun so I use audible plus I’m on the road 300 days a year. I loved Rouge Warrior but this bloke fells more humble right better and as a commoner to transition from Army Para’s to his later apex evolution. Accurate inspiring bloody good read! Spike recommend it. If you have a spirit of service a must read. If you can’t afford it and convince me your worth it I’ll buy you copy(limit 50) I’m not a rich bloke and I’ll ask some questions if you won’t answer of don’t impress I’ll save my quid for the man who can. Brilliant Dean I expected solid this is brilliant....Spike
