If you can't do that - get this audio book! What a wonderfully relaxing presentation. I'm super happy that I bought the "Hilton Head Island Relaxation Sounds" audio book. It's great as background noise for sleeping at night, or during a bath...and it's very helpful during study and work times when I'm busy but can't find a private, quiet space to work. I especially enjoy the fact that I can listen to this audio book on my phone without the need to have a wifi connection. Once it's downloaded to my library I can listen to it anywhere! I'm very pleased with this presentation overall. I think it would be a great addition for a yoga practitioner or maybe new parents that are having difficulty getting baby to sleep! I highly recommend this presentation to family and friends, and obviously the internet. I can't wait for more productions from Pure Smart LIfe! Great stuff!

Great relaxation tool.

I love the sound of the ocean waves lapping up on the shoreline. It brings me closer to nature and is a welcome escape from the 9 to 5 rat race and concrete jungle. There’s something captivating about the sound of moving water. I found this audiobook to be just what I needed to help unwind after a hectic day. It sure has helped change my mood. I would recommend this listen for nature lovers wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of our normal routines. A little peace and tranquility is just what the doctor ordered.
