Awesome

I use it to fall a sleep, works great for me every time. This is so restful his voice calms me and his technique is amazing. Dr Amen is amazing.

daily soothing safe and sound relaxation.

This daily safe and sound relaxation helps defeat the tension away and keeps you in the now. not too long but enough time to start or end your day with a self positive feeling. good for the mind and soul. In love with the new prospective and bigger spark it has given my light into the journey I've begun. thank you. Out with the old, in with the new. May the brain & memory healing begin.

A beautiful escape

This audio book made me feel like I just took a vacation! I've only listened to it once, this was my first day, and I'm looking forward to feeling the cumulative effects over the next month.o

Nice storyline and walkthrough

Listening Daily has made a Difference in my Life

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Absolutely!. I have had problems with insomnia and I listen to this when I would like to go to sleep. It relaxes me and even if I do fall asleep, I know that the information is getting into my subconscious. I have noticed that I have been more productive, had more energy and felt better overall since listening to Dr. Amen's 30 min program every night for the last few weeks.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Dr. Amen's voice is very soothing. I like emphasis on living our life "now" and being in the present moment is where we should live, versus dwelling in the past. As he says....there absolutely nothing we can do to change the past, so dwelling on it is a waste of time!!

Any additional comments?

Now I almost automatically use the relaxation technique of breathing to calm myself in stressful situations. I do feel more energetic and focused after listening to this program. I don't know if it will work for everyone, but it certainly has worked for me.

Excellent.

I love the very common sense and soothing voice. Dr. Amen is so knowledgeable and straight forward. I have listened to this for 45 days and I feel more relaxed and focused. I highly recommend using this. It only takes 30 minutes a day.
