Title is wrong. He's not s lycan king. He's a weak ass alpha who's too afraid of his parents and lets others dictate his life. Now, the fmc...i love her. Strong af and kicked BBS in the groin.

Entertaining Story

This was an entertaining story. The premise could’ve been better. The fact that Julian rejected his mate because he was dumb enough to believe rumors that she was a gold digger was somewhat ridiculous. Especially when he failed to recognize her as his mate. There were also a couple places where the author apparently forgot her own storyline—such as when we’re told a beta found her mate, but later in the story she was still looking for one. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

As for the AI voice, it was okay. A little better than having your Kindle device read a book. The automatic narrator pronounced the wolf pup’s name three different ways. 🙄🙄 Decent, but definitely cannot replace human narration.

AI Narration

The AI narration is very robotic and completely RUINED the story. I couldn’t complete it.

Worth it!

Story was entertaining til the end! Some miscommunication trope was annoying but it wasn't too bad. I love that FL didn't forgive him right away & the groveling on his part was satisfying.

Boo on the voices

The story line was very good. But the auto-voice was too fake. Didn’t like it. Human voices are so much better.
