Starting off slow in New York, Cil worked his way west. Hansel and Gretel left breadcrumbs to find their way, and Cil Franklen left bodies to lead his way. Cil wound up in a small town with a plan to kill everyone in it. His breadcrumbs led Jacob Miller of the FBI straight to him, but the road there... well, that was the true Hell!
