I loved this first book in what promises to be a movie worthy series. The characters draw you in as much as the depth of the storyline itself. I got the audio book and my daughter ended up getting a physical copy so I read the last half of the book while sitting outside and felt transported to Redemption Falls like I was there with the characters. It’s so beautifully written and relatable while also making you feel like you’re part of something otherworldly and scarily sacred that’s buried deep in the hills of Appalachia.
