Well delivered, supple voice and engaging.

The author Tonya Pinkins delivers her experiences of the makings of #RedPill and provide basic insights into the overall intent of her movie, Red Pill.

Pinkins unequivocally takes the listener on a private behind-the-scenes tour of Red Pill, revealing business and relational workings, which includes her trials, stumbles, fumbles, and Victories. Her voice and insights embrace diaspora consciousness.

Pinkins discusses a series of her project and people management experiences and the ability and need to delegate job responsibilities. Every Business,Academia and student of business can employ, and achieve from this book.

Pinkins eloquently and well-defined her experiences with “white privileged” co/workers, which speaks to global systemic racism, often found in the workplaces. Her experiences are plainly described and invaluable to the listener. Government workplaces desiring to gain insight into racial complexities and upgrade their employee system will do well to use this book.

Unexpectedly yet Remarkably done, Pinkins shares her thoughts on recent political history such as Jan6 insurrection and more. Wow-

Pinkins drop gems, enlighten, encourage and motivate the listener while intriguing thinkers.
