This was a great story with plenty of surprises, Just when it begins to make sense there is a new puzzle piece for a deeper layer.

Brad Elder just put himself on my must-read list. Recoil of Justice reads like a Jack Carr thriller with a twist — it’s got all the gritty action, tactical realism, and high-stakes suspense you want, but with just enough sharp humor to keep it fun. The pacing is fast, the characters feel real, and the story pulls you in right from the first chapter.

I was hooked all the way through and already looking forward to the next one. If you like smart thrillers with heart, heat, and a little attitude, grab this book. You won’t regret it.
