So so helpful!

Thank you for writing this book! I downloaded the workbook and did the exercises along the way. It helped me get “unstuck” from my feelings of frustration and grief about not being able to run due to my injury. The concepts and strategies as well as the numerous athlete stories were extremely helpful. Highly recommend for anyone struggling with an injury.

This book has helped me realize that I AM STRONG! That the challenges you are facing with your injuries are not forever. Catch the Rebound! Reframe your thinking & get a plan! My life has been forever changed since having the solid & real life advice that I could put into action. Thank you for making a place for the broken ones -who need to know it’s only a perspective! Yes, it’s hard but, you can train your mind harder than you ever have before. 💚
