Action packed

I absolutely enjoyed these action packed stories . The narrator’s voice made it that much better. Loved the suspense, action, passion, and twists that make it an exciting read. It was so hard to take my headphones off with this one.

Great suspense with some loving mixed in

This was my first listen of both author and narrator; both did an excellent job. The format was also new to me. Three points of view are told separately initially until all paths converge. Any phone or mic device communications are slightly digitized (for lack of a better description) to differentiate who is speaking was immensely helpful.

The dramatic characterizations are very well acted and really add to the listening experience.

My Two Pennies

If you’re looking for a non stop action and suspense story this is the one for you. We’re given an intertwined series with the only surviving members of The Gunners, Captain Derrick Rebel and Theo while they go on the hunt for those whom betrayed them. At first I felt a bit of repetition occurring and was loosing interest because yes we’re seeing it through the eyes of each individual but it was pretty much the same lines over and over. It wasn’t until Fallon was introduced that I felt the storyline move forward strong and fiercely. The twists and turns kept me on my toes wanting more and continuously wondering who was the leader behind it all. A great military read.

Rebel's Retribution is Fantastic!

I had to really take some time to think about what I wanted to write about this book. First, This book is Spectacular! The details of the story itself, the complexity of each character, the precision with the development of the storyline. These things come together beautifully to keep you on the edge of your seat. I was not able to set it aside. I love how Kelly let's you see the characters strengths and weakness. She pulls you in and shows you them at their best and worse. Struggles are a way of life, nothing is ever free or easy. The question is are they willing to go through it all for their soulmate/love? When is enough ? Stay or run? This is a definite must listen book! The narration was fabulous! I want more! This book will capture your heart and not let go! Get yours today.

There’s always a woman behind a broken man

Rebel’s woman double crosses him and it takes a stronger woman to put him back together. Fallon is that woman. Fallon & her sister Josie get thrown into an underworld they can’t even imagine. The brothers and their former military unit are there to put the pieces back together and take down the bad guys.
Brad Gilliam does a fantastic job with the characters. I was able to picture everyone. His tone & inflections are on target

Intense

Rebel's Retribution is a beautifully woven tale about three individuals' whose lives have intertwined over the years. Kelly Moore is an exceptional author, her ability to write the poignant scenes is remarkable. I genuinely liked the main characters, they are engaging and three-dimensional with depth and vulnerabilities.

The narration by Brad Gilliam is outstanding. He literally channels the characters, expressing their emotions; I felt every word.

I absolutely enjoyed this book can't wait to hear the second book in the series. I was given a free copy of this audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this unbiased review.

Loved it - need the next one ASAP

This audio-book was awesome. It was filled with a storyline that was action packed and left me on the edge of my seat, as well as wonderful characters you cannot help but fall in love with. Derrick, Fallon, Sean and Theo were beautifully written. Although some of the storyline were at times hard to hear, the underlying emotion of the narrator was done so well that it left the listener wanting more. Another masterpiece by Kelly Moore - I cannot wait to see where Theo's story goes next.
