Trusting the bad boy...What could go wrong?

It’s on my birthday that I realize the past 16 years of my life haven't really been mine. From my outfits, hairstyles, and even my love life, my parents have control over all of it. And instead of fighting, I live by my mantra: keep my head down and keep my mouth shut. That is, until I’m paired with Brentwood High’s resident bad boy, Hudson Bishop.

There aren’t enough adjectives to describe him. Intimidating. Scary. Panic-inducing. There’s a reason the school calls him the Grim Reaper. And when our principal pairs us together for a “buddy program,” he makes it perfectly clear he doesn’t want to be stuck with a stiff like me.

But when I’m voted "Most Likely To: Stay a Prude" by the elite crowd of the school, suddenly Hudson Bishop is more than just a bad boy—he’s a way out from underneath my mother’s thumb. He’s a path to rebellion, and despite all of the warning bells going off in my head, I take it. I just have to make sure I don’t get lost along the way, even though it may already be too late.

Really Enjoyable

Gosh that was so darn CUTE !! it's really been a while since I last gave a 5 stars review I miss it <3
In this book we will follow a sophomore in Brent high named Gemma, she lives under her protective parents roof, she always lived a sheltered life and she's been the "good girl" all her life, until her 16th birthday when she realized that her mother is dictating her life in everything, and then she meets Hudson (aka The Grimm Reaper), he is the notorious bad boy known for his fights and his arrest last summer, at first Gemma wants nothing to do with him but when she decides she want to be her won self he might be the right person to rebel with
I loved the relationship between Hudson and Gemma, it was really organic and well paced, each of them developed in their own way but I can see how together they make a great match ..
can't wait for the next book which is a awaited Landen story which was foreshowed since book 1 :D
