Excellent audiobook!!!
This autor has a lot of experience in the real estate industry and provides very good knowledge and wisdom to those that are in the basic level like me. Definitely this audiobook was a great investment for me. I'm looking forward to buy a printed version in the future.

Basic rules of real estate investing
Good background listening but otherwise not recommended. While the advice is solid, it's fairly generic
- Work hard
- Find a mentor
- Do the analysis
- Trust your gut
- Etc.
There is some actionable advice but even that is fairly worn out:
- Read major newspapers for ideas
- Join EO or YPO
- Etc.
However the author does interview some great people and buried in with the generic advice are some solid nuggets.

Do NOT buy! Waste of your time
Taking forever to get to the point and when it finally does the “key insight” is noting more then a vague message that you can find in a Fortune cookie. Talks about himself and his own beliefs and ideas about life in general . You won’t learn anything about real estate here
