Great book for beginner investors!
I definitely like this book as a beginner investor myself. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in investing in real estate. This book really breaks down what to look for and what to avoid to increase yields and decrease mistakes. All I can say is wow, this book tell you the secrets of the real estate market and some very helpful tips. I am very impressed in this book as I am a real estate agent and I was learning things i didn't even know about! Great buy.

Investing in real estate and making money out of it are two different thing as sometime the investment goes wrong when a investor jump straight to thee real estate business without knowing the basics like study the market, verify the document of the property,Inspecting about the property ,negotiation and to check if there any middleman there or not...
