I loved everything about this book. The author includes many interesting stories including one story that gets continued throughout the book to keep you hooked. This book is filled with knowledge of real estate investing from people who have actually done it successfully. This book inspires me to get out and start my real estate investing adventure and I encourage you to listen it if you are even slightly interested in real estate investing.

Excellent strategies

Some of the strategies in this book are explained more clearly or are new to me and I’ve listened dozens of real estate investing books. It’s also given me insight into how to handle my out of state investments better which doesn’t hurt!

Brandon covers the fundamentals and gives the reader a lot to think about. He makes clear that real estate investing isn't pie in the sky get rich quick stuff, but a solid business that can build great wealth over time.

I enjoyed the natrator, and the book. Ive read many books as a new investor. This was the first balanced enough to get me to start. Its one of the first to not sound like a 1990s infomercial.
