Lots of Information

This book has open my eyes up to alot of financial ways to make money. It tells you about the pros and cons in the business and what/who to watch out for in the business. With this book you will definitely gain great knowledge in the profession. I couldn't stop reading when I first started . It really had me into it.

Well informed...

Most authors publish books that have no content, or they write one because of their name so they can receive a residual check. This book has more information for first time investors then any book I've read. Chapter 7 of this book is my Bible for crunching numbers on a property I am going to invest in.

Good information. The books offer an overview without getting in depth. Good book for first time owners or flippers.
