Waist of time

Any additional comments?

This book was the biggest waist of time. If you want to become a Real Estate Agent and you can’t figure out what this books tells you on your own, you may as well go back to elementary school. Not only is it all information you could google search, it also does you a disservice because each states’ laws and requirements are different and this is written for all states. The worst part is the book repeats the same information over and over again because there is no substance to any of it.

Informative and Comprehensive.

Not only was this book motivational it offered comprehensive advise and broke down the details of the processes of real estate transactions from different positions. It really helped simplify and explain a lot of the information I had previously not been able to categorize and organize.

Sounds good to me.

The one thing I was dreading in doing real estate was cold calling. This book gives you a great system to work with that doesn't involve cold calling at all. In fact it makes the real estate business an enjoyable one. One of the major emphases is using social media to build your business. I'd recommend to anyone going into real estate.Thoughtful, well laid out guide to starting your real estate career. Good tips, easy read, highly recommend!
