I enjoyed this book.

I enjoyed this book. Yes, it contains a lot of information that has been covered in other books on body language but I found the chapters on areas such as feet and legs, and hands and arms interesting.

This is a book that demands to be listened slowly

I recommend this book to anyone who has to deal with people face-to-face as part of their daily job duties, especially if you work in human resources or need to deal with complaints on a regular basis. But you need to listen the book slowly otherwise you may skip anything.
