Impressive!!

Nice mind shift for starting to think about food in a healthy way and to actually want to exercise. There is never a shortcut to losing weight or staying fit, but your mindset can really make all the difference. I love the positive shifts that happen with this wonderful, powerful audio.

Amazing for losing weight

I wasn't really sure what to expect when I got this, but it was just a credit so I figured why not. I feel like it's helping me, and it's been one of the only mind shifts that have worked for me. Worth it for me.

Motivates me to workout

Love the effectiveness of this

This is a great tool to have in my weight loss toolbox. It's both motivating and effective at getting you to take the right steps towards weight loss. Systems won't be effective if they can't get you to take action, and this has the right kind of mind hacks to get you motivated and off the couch. Awesome!!

Positive Vibes

I found this book to be a very soothing hypnosis listen. I am hoping that it will have a positive impact on my weight-loss goal. I requested this review copy audiobook and have voluntarily written this review. The narrator did a great performance and was not overly dramatic. Listening to this book, I felt many positive vibes.

Very goog meditation

This is a audiobook to meditate on losing weight. If you know about the law of attraction this can be a real powerful technique. Having listened to a number of meditation things similar to this, I feel in comparison this is a very well done recording.

PRETTY GOOD!

I have never tried any affirmations techniques but enjoyed this book. I'm tying to get a jump start on my New Year's resolution. The book was very quick. The narration was good and kept you engaged. This was my first book by this author and I would definitely read others if the opportunity permits.

I love the idea of maintaining my weight.

I love the idea of maintaining my weight, getting healthier and more energy through intermittent fasting. An easy book to listen and understand. It’s time to get started!
