Motivates me to workout

Excellent Audio for motivation

Excellent Audio for motivation. I listen to the affirmations when Im treading. The women's voice is mellow and clear, the bsckground music is different on seperate sets. I believe it helps my conscious to rehear the relavation betweeen excersize and healthy eating repetitively.

PRETTY GOOD!

I have never tried any affirmations techniques but enjoyed this book. I'm tying to get a jump start on my New Year's resolution. The book was very quick. The narration was good and kept you engaged. This was my first book by this author and I would definitely read others if the opportunity permits.

Must read for any fasters!

Anyone who has an interest in fasting or weight loss needs to read this book, makes the whole weight loss formula seem so simple and achievable, I've tried every diet out there and intermittent fasting is much more of a lifestyle and gives you so much more freedom while dieting as well as making it so simple to lose weight- highly recommend to anyone on their weight loss journey!
