Wonderful resource for weight loss
Love does it again! This fantastic listen is a great way to push deep into your subconscious and guide your mind to think positively about your weight loss journey.
I am a weight loss physician and do this every day. A book like this can be a wonderful tool for those struggling with the mental/emotional challenge of weight loss, which, who isn't, right?? Weight loss is an extremely emotional journey for most.
I recommend utilizing all tools you can to support you along the way!

In my opinion, the secret to maintaining a healthy weight is in the habits last and in the mindset first. And to bring about change in the mindset is to go into the subconscious mind, usually by accessing it via slowed brainwaves such as alpha, beta, and theta. And Sandra Love seeks to do just that by targeting neural pathways via the amazing method of hypnosis and taking advantage if deep sleep states. One’s unconscious behaviors are likely to be shifted in a massive way when this audio is played in states of great relaxing and especially in deep sleep. I have found myself actively rejecting unhealthy foods (chocolate fiend over here) and replacing them with periods of healthy fasting, more brisk walks, and vegetables and hummus dips, etc.
