I bought this book because of the permanent feel

I bought this book because of the permanent feeling of working and working and this book helped me. I have finished listening it. There's a lot of great advice in this book. Recommended for people who live a stressful life and need to find a healthy balance. Very helpful information for rapid weight loss survivors.

I am very pleased to listen to this audible.

A mind boggling book for everyone who is starting with diet and a sound lifestyle. This book isn't just an eating routine blowout plan. It is more than that. You can find a lot of information. Bit by bit directions to start, what to eat, when to eat and how to plane your standard dining experience plan. I fundamentally love it!

Losing weight through hypnosis?

After listening to this book I consider that it is very possible to lose weight through hypnosis and meditation, as meditation is known to have great benefits for both mental health and the health of our body once we learn to master our body, i.e. our bad habits, and how to have self-control not to overeat, etc. So weight loss is not going to be the exception.

This is best audio book i ever seen.

I'm really liking this bundle. It includes a lot of techniques and methods for healthy eating and to stop unhealthy habits. Brings awareness to bad habits and helps steer you in the right direction. Great for autocorrecting yourself and staying on track with your diet.

This book is well worth buying

I do not regret buying this book. It really motivated me a lot to think differently and to realize the reasons for my cravings for sweets and junk food. I will literally put into practice what I learned with such valuable information.

Lots of info in this audiobook

I listened the first time as I was drifting off to sleep. It was all incredibly relaxing. I woke up in an amazing mood, even though I was running a bit late for work. I can't wait to see what will happen in the next 15 days, as was mentioned before the hypnosis session began!

Nice one listen book

Listen to this each night before bed. When I wake up in the middle of the night I turn it back back on again it's really be working for me I haven't brought sweets or wanted sweets. it's a real struggle for me because I am a food addict but at the same time is really working listening to it each night.

A good audio book to practice and learn

I'm not happy that I'm a sugar addict, but I love how she explains what happens in the brain and WHY I sabotage my efforts to lose weight. It all makes so much sense and gives me motivation to heal my brain and make this lifestyle change.

So great and filled with useful info

It's an impressive audiobook for changing your mind about weight loss routines. I love how it makes the process like it's easy.I have been started listening to since I did a serious attempt at weight loss. I have found that food cravings are gone and maintaining my diet is practically effortless.

Lots of info in this book

Extraordinary tune in and extremely powerful. I low carb for most my grown-up life at any rate once per year and would become ill of it and stop. Since I began carb cycling per these guidelines I have gradually shed 18 pounds and feel extraordinary. I don't tail it precisely and I utilize my own plans however the standards of carbs to protein to fat I keep and I feel extremely extraordinary.

Best book for losing weight

This book was a lifesaver for me. After years of dieting back and forth finally a book that explains the way you brain works to make you continue to eat. After reading it to me it was so easy to take off the pounds. Felt so much better right away. I will continue to eat this way the rest of my life and the good part is NO pills or supplements or odd foods required.
