It's a good audio-book

It's a good audio-book for a good value. Helps with weight loss and maintaining where you are.I love these bedtime meditations...they truly help me fall and stay asleep...I have had problems sleeping for years and this is the thing that works for me.

Great motivational tool Very effective

I found this to be very effective at getting me to crave healthier foods and actually want to work out my abs, which used to be my least favorite exercise. Now, I have healthier eating and exercise habits with ease, which is a big change for me.

Rubbish, where’s the hypnosis?

I was expecting actual hypnosis practice, it just references hypnosis and then simply and poorly delivers outdated diet information with the use of irrelevant case studies.
