Unbelievably Effective and lLife-Changing!

I tried about five other audio books on this subject. I found either I couldn’t relax because of the narrator or the music being played gave me a headache. I was about to give up when I found this one. This audio book is phenomenal. I put it on when I’m ready to go to sleep each night. The first night I listened to it, I woke up the next morning feeling refreshed even though it had been a short night. I started my day and was blown away by my changed attitude and thoughts about food. I found myself choosing healthy food in much smaller portions and I had no interest in “snacking” in between meals. When I saw foods that would be trigger foods for me usually, they had no effect on me. Tonight will be the fourth night I’ve listened to this book and my weight has already dropped five pounds. The best thing is that it isn’t a struggle or difficult at all. I only want to eat healthy foods. I don’t want to eat large quantities of food or junk food. I’m not hungry either. I have plenty of energy and even though a medical condition is preventing me from exercising right now until I have surgery, I can’t wait to be able to start exercising again.

Enjoying it so far! Asleep and better Choices.

Let us begin with the fact that I'm 4 days in of nightly repeats and I fall asleep within the first few minutes. I cannot tell you all that is said but what I catch between times I wake up has to do with wanting to drink 8 glasses of water, make better choices and wake up refreshed and motivated.
The past 4 days I have felt more organized and mentally aware than I have in months. I tried this because my depression was kicking my butt and was leading to weight gain. I find myself not only eating better but also I'm not feeling so down. This is my personal review. Not saying it will work for anyone else but I am going to continue listening to it for the 21 days like it says to.

Since this a hypnosis book a been listening to for a week and feel great can't wait what will happen in more time.

A great meditation-relaxing and soothing!

My only feedback is that Chapter 3-where the meditation is, is more than 1.5 hours. The intent is to listen to this repeatedly. It would be helpful if is was broken into another section with shorter meditations that could be done in less time and the longer version be available for those with more time.

Too long in length to help with baby weight.

I know you are supposed to listen to this while sleeping, but as a mum of two young ones I am often woken up to care for one of them before the program has ended. I don't think I have managed to complete the whole track once in the week I have been trying to use this program. A more concise version would be great!

I was very hesitant before the purchase, but I must say that it was really worth it, very nice and above all effective book, after applying all the techniques taught in the book I have already lost several kilos, excellent book
