Fully informative and knowledgeable book!

I would recommend this book to everyone, new dieters and experienced dieters that need reinforcement and encouragement. This audio-book is deceptively simple but effective.

Very relaxing!!

I listen to this every night when I go to bed. I fall asleep and wake up hoping the message works. I'm not over weight, but I'm hoping this helps me eat better. it's helping me sleep better for sure.

This is an awesome audiobook

This is a decent tune in and you may have gone over a portion of the strategies previously yet don't let that put you off. It's an all around depicted book, the techniques are clarified unmistakably and it's an agreeable tune in.

It's a good audio-book

It's a good audio-book for a good value. Helps with weight loss and maintaining where you are.I love these bedtime meditations...they truly help me fall and stay asleep...I have had problems sleeping for years and this is the thing that works for me.

Great motivational tool Very effective

I found this to be very effective at getting me to crave healthier foods and actually want to work out my abs, which used to be my least favorite exercise. Now, I have healthier eating and exercise habits with ease, which is a big change for me.

Very relaxing

Very relaxing. I listen at bedtime when it's easy for me to relax. I truly notice a difference in my appetite. Lots of easy daily weight loss hypnosis here helps a lot.

disappointment

lots of repetition, excluding the obvious needs to repeat mantra! dull monotonous voice, nothing new in book, several rehashes of others work

So negative don’t bother

I couldn’t even finish the intro! She’s so negative.
Saying people won’t date her cause of her weight at 80kg or whatever.. goes on and on.
(I have dates when I’m heavier than this. Pretty sure it’s your mopey attitude that’s the reason no ones dating you. )
