The narrator was pleasant, but the string plucking pattern became irritating after 15 minutes or so.

This bundle is all about weight loss, and it's something that sticks with you while you listen. I have found the subliminal versions work best for me on a low volume, and the regular versions are great when you are sitting down and relaxed.

I can't explain it

i have finished this book several times yet I can't say much for the actual audio, as I have been playing it for myself in bed and fall asleep before the end of chapter 1 each time. I cannot confirm if the hypnosis part is real, or if playing the audio as I sleep has reached me on a subconscious level, but I will say that since the first night that it played *to completion* I have felt less of an urge to snack throughout the day and have been eating smaller portions without thinking about it (the first time it stopped at the end of the chapter and nothing changed). Like I said, I can't confirm any science behind it, but coincidence or not, I will continue to play this at night as I sleep.

Rewire the Brain Hypnosis

This audiobook from Rewire the Brain Hypnosis is pretty useful for a number of things. It's good for actually liking the process of eating health. It's been helpful for weight loss motivation. And it'll definitely guilt you off the coach into exercising. It's a winner in my book!!

Made a world of difference!

This is my first review on audible, I get nervous writing them because I am dyslexic but this book has done wonders for me and if my review will convince someone else to try then I felt I had to write one. I have chronic back pain that stems from my muscles not relaxing after three car accidents where I was hit while at a complete stop, yes I have that type of luck.

the most unrelaxing background sounds and music !

could not go pass the repetitive annoying short music in the background. sorry. but every few seconds there is this fast guitar sound that starts in a quite manner then getting louder and louder and snaps you out of whatever the guy is saying.

Very nice for motivation and visualization

Very nice for motivation and visualization. It's like a mental vision board of how you know you are supposed to behave and think, and then, getting you there. I listen to this as I fall asleep on sleepless nights. Not sure it helps with the weight loss but it puts me to sleep!!

Nice mind shift

Nice mind shift for starting to think about food in a healthy way and to actually want to exercise. There is never a shortcut to losing weight or staying fit, but your mindset can really make all the difference. I love the positive shifts that happen with this wonderful, powerful audio.

This is a audiobook to meditate on losing weight.

This is a audiobook to meditate on losing weight. If you know about the law of attraction this can be a real powerful technique. Having listened to a number of meditation things similar to this, I feel in comparison this is a very well done recording. I plan to continue to listen to this as I start another weight loss journey. I think if you believe in the law of attraction and you would like help mediation on weight loss then this a book worth pursuing.

Adding this to my workout and weight loss routine

Adding this to my workout and weight loss routine have helped me a lot. It’s easy to stick with a diet for a few days or maybe a few weeks but when it comes to months and years you really need a way to keep yourself on track. This hypnosis will be my secret tool.
