I will not say that this will work for everyone !

I will not say that this will work for everyone or even anyone else but me! I will say that it has worked very successfully for me, so far. I still have about 100 pounds to lose, so I will update periodically on my progress.

Love listening to the narrator..

Love listening to the narrator of the hypnosis audio book. It helps me and I have noticed that a few of her suggestions have popped up in my head when eating. but it is still to early to tell if it causes weigh loss.It is very effective for portion control. I got a bunch of hypnosis audio books for weight loss.

I've tried so many other methods to lose weight

But it just is! I've tried so many other methods to lose some weight but I can only, explain that it just works. I'm able to fast up to 19 hours sometimes and still only eat small portions. I'm enjoying these slow but steady results. Great audio book for me. Suggested.

I find in this audible method interesting

I find this method interesting and something I'm willing to try on a consistent basis. Weight loss and maintaining your weight is a long term journey so I'm sure I'll need to be talking into a better mindset more than once. And that's okay. :)
