Healthy Eating Meditation

If you could sum up Rapid Weight Loss Affirmations in three words, what would they be?

Concise, inspiring, effective.

What other book might you compare Rapid Weight Loss Affirmations to and why?

Maybe Louise Hay or Esther Hicks. That's about it.

Have you listened to any of Susan Smith’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Yes I have the immune booster meditation audible book as well. Her enchanting delightful voice is a pleasure to listen to. I call her the voice over goddess. I envision a woman with long Rapunzel hair waving in the wind with a Aphrodite white greek goddess evening gown on.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

When she mentioned claim it. That hit home. Just claim a healthy slim and effective body at any age.

Any additional comments?

This meditation for me has removed much self doubt and negative self talk. Removes stinking thinking. I usually put on her immune tape first. Then when I wake up in the middle of the night, I'll play the weight loss affirmation. When I play her tape daily, I eat less junk, I workout more and I'm more motivated to stay on the right track. Losing weight and getting in shape is consistent behavior over time. This helps put me past the finish line.

Perfect Start

i am motivated for change - and this audible is a part of this beginning. i’ve heard of positive affirmations , have failed at them. However, listening to the end of this book, the gentleman explains HOW to make them work! Putting it all together, following the suggestions, is starting me on the right path to getting in the best shape of my life!! Will be 60yrs old in 5 months!! what a great gift to myself! By then my goals will have exceeded my expectations! How is all this for positive affirmation!!!?

The reminder that a positive mindset will guide you to weight loss is great, it is too general as to what is required to reach the goal from the self hypnosis standpoint. and the statements that I love my current weight, seems contradicting to the reason I am seeking help.

Timely listen

I downloaded this soon after hearing a story of how a person I admire achieved success - she had repeated to herself on a daily basis, multiple times a day what she wanted as if she had already achieved her goals. I believe that listening to these positive affirmations can create the same results. I am healthy, I am fit, I love my body, I enjoy exercise, I lose weight with ease, I am strong… I could continue this exercise or I could simply hit play again. I think I’ll hit play.

Realistic and helpful affirmations

Based on research on psychology and brain function, this is helpful. in chapter, the author discussed how and why affirmations work and hoe to make them most effective. The reader is pleased and the background music is unobtrusive.

I love listening to positive affirmations throughout the day (and night). This is one of my favorites. I do eat right & exercise so this encourages me to continue & do better.

Steady Wins the Race

I don't see rapid weight loss as safe, but I do see steady weight loss over a period of time promotes health and a quality life.

I plan on listening to this audio book ad often as possible---at least some mornings and some evenings with a few mid days sprinkled in.
