Publisher's summary

WINNER of the BBC Audio Drama Award 2015 for Best Scripted Comedy (Studio Audience)

The complete third and fourth series of BBC Radio 4’s award-winning sketch show, written by and starring the writer of Cabin Pressure.

In the third and fourth series of his hit sketch show, John Finnemore examines a typically eclectic range of issues including making friends, the problem with polymath bestselling authors, the colour of posh men’s trousers, and a history of choice.

There’s also a sketch that is much, much too rude, advice on dealing with bullies, the truth behind some famous anecdotes, and the curious tale of a hard-bitten dame.

Intelligent, absurd and laugh-out-loud funny, John Finnemore’s Souvenir Programme also features Margaret Cabourn-Smith, Simon Kane, Lawry Lewin and Carrie Quinlan. Awarded Best Radio Comedy at the Chortle Awards, John Finnemore’s Souvenir Programme comes from the writer of Cabin Pressure and regular contributor to The Now Show.

Comedy gold from Finnemore and company

John Finnemore is becoming one of the brightest talents of the current British radio comedy scene, and John Finnemore's Souvenir Programme is one of the reasons why. Full of clever and witty short sketches, and comic songs, this will make you laugh out loud time and time again. One particular stand-out is the song of the Red Trousers, and the sketch about finding a friend at the airport.

If you like his work, check out his series Cabin Pressure, as well as the other series of the Souvenir Programme. Trust me, it's well worth it.

Funnier than Series 1 and Series 2, more LOL

The sketches were very funny, a couple of sketches had me laughing very hard, and the cast of voice actors are fantastic. While Series 1 and Series 2 were uplifting and amusing, this combined Series 3&4 had more laugh-out-loud sketches in it.

Excellent production with sound effects included.

A pure joy

Wonderfully written and fantastically delivered. Adore how the stories are woven together and brought together at the end of each episode.

Wonderfully Funny!

If you like witty British humor, you must own this. The whole series is great, but this season is my favorite. Beware that the biggest laughs sneak up on you. If you are in public, you're going to get some strange looks.

Sketch comedy at its finest!

It's laugh out loud funny. John Finnemore may have been a Python in a former life. His wordplay is especially clever. There're songs and spoofs and silly sketches. The supporting cast is incredibly talented and adds variety—even though John himself can do many voices: normal, silly French, and two types of posh. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

I laughed a lot & I feel like other people should

at first I thought it was just a better version of that Mitchell and Webb sound now I understand that the Fenimore wrote for it so basically Mitchell and Webb was holding him down.
