A Favourite

Would you listen to I've Never Seen Star Wars: Series 4 again? Why?

This is one of my favourite listens. I like all the "star wars" books with Marcus Brigstocke but this is my favourite of the lot. His interviewees are all wonderful, especially Ian Hislop, Giles Coren and Frank Skinner but all six are well worth a second, third or eighty-eighth listen.

What was one of the most memorable moments of I've Never Seen Star Wars: Series 4?

hearing about Ian Hislop's first purchase of jeans, Frank Skinner's encounter with a jugged hare and Giles Coren's first foray into veganism (spoiler, two of those enjoyed their encounters, one didn't) was wonderful.

Which character – as performed by Marcus Brigstocke – was your favourite?

They all undertook their assignments with gusto and Marcus Brigstocke was the ideal host.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I wish I had been in the audience when Ian Hislop baked a cake or Kathy Burke tried eating seafood but alas, I wasn't.
