Easy to understand despite dealing with issues such as PSYCHOTHERAPY

"This is audio from a BBC documentary"

This "book" is just a straight audio rip of a TV documentary. It's still a very entertaining few hours but I'm not sure I'm happy paying for something I could have watched for free on the BBC player or YouTube.
