Breaking the smoking habit

These 15 steps are great for quitting smoking. I think it's the best program out there, as far as I know.

Best guide to quit smoking

I have seen a lot of programs out there and this is by far the best one. It helps you eliminate triggers and get rid of the cravings.

Meh... a little soft,a little naive.

Very easy listen, quick. I was rapidly writing the steps on keyboard. It sounded more like

Waste of a Credit

This book is terrible & the audio is worse! I quit using Allen Carr”s method & started again after a lot of stress in my life 2 years later. Don’t waster your time with this one!

Dave Rodan hit the spot

This book nailed it. It's a great 15 step program that has been tested. I think it's probably the best quit smoking program out there.
