Divine book.
I bought this audiobook as I am trying to quit alcohol after many years. I could not put it down, until I finished it. Is excellent at explaining alcohol in a way that you can really understand. I am currently trying to go alcohol free and this book has helped me a great deal! Excellent book would recommend it to anyone who is trying to quit alcohol!

The only book that helped me
This audiobook is unlike any other audiobook I've listened about alcohol. I'm only halfway through but I am amazed at all the things I didn't realize about it. I've listen other audiobooks on how to stop but this doesn't focus on stopping as much as explaining it,... drew me to the conclusion that I really want to stop!

I am exceptionally happy with this audio book.
I went into listening this with an open mind and I’m so glad I did! This book completely removed any desire to pick up another drink. I highly recommend giving it a try if you have been thinking about wanting to quit drinking.

This Book Saved My Life
Nothing else worked for me and I didn't think this book would be any different. I listen it and quit immediately. It changes your perception of quitting and it truly works.

This audible inspires me to continue
This book was exactly as advertised. It will change your life and your whole perspective on drinking. This was a great read. And a wonderful gift to someone you know who may need it.

Misleading Name
It was ok, gave me a little anxiety here and there but overall let me understand alcohol on a deeper level. Wasn’t a hypnosis by any means but not a waste of time either
