It's as if written by AI

Very robotic voice, and the content feels like it's by someone who hasn't really shared in the issues it's talking about.
There is no hypnosis at all in this book, but a very boring list for the steps to hypnotize yourself is glossed over.
It probably reminds me most of those early 90s computer classroom CD ROMs from when I was a kid. Very basic, robotic, and no substance.
