She solicits assistance from private-eye Garrett Hunt and from her boyfriend, Detective Brandon Green, but this time justice may elude them all.

great story, as always!

I guess I was a little surprised by the number of crimes glint on but the book story held together well. The narration adds a lightheartedness to the story.
