Soo Relaxing
This week I have experienced a lot of rain in my part of the world. I noticed that the sound of it was very relaxing for me, especially helping me sleep! When the rain dried up I got this book as a substitute and it has not disappointed me. I enjoy it very much!

Lovely sounds
The sounds accomplish their purpose. I loved them. I just wish somebody would put together sounds that activate your mind, and make you go into hyperactivity instead of putting you to sleep.

Water sounds like city water
The water sounds like water draining off a street into a storm drain. The rain falling sounds like rain hitting a city street. The ocean wave lengths are way too short like they’ve been chopped.
The chapters are introduced by a voice. Very distracting.
